Considering a series of elements given from the urban analysis; an x-ray can be constructed that diagnoses the problems that are evident within the sector and in particular the La Favorita neighborhood, significant elements with which the general approach of the proposal acquires a value through the recovery and connection of public space within the town of the Martyrs. Within the locality there is a large number of public spaces with a recreational / cultural nature, one of the conditions to which these social areas are subject would correspond to the disconnection and polarization, referring to these two concepts it is necessary to talk about the deterioration of city and society in which the town is located.
