Years ago he was the simple cop from Miami. Once, he, with his partner, Dragon, chased the mysterious ninja. When they finally arrested him, Dragon encouraged his partner, telling, that he was the best partner he ever had, but then, ninja killed the Dragon and when another cop was about to shoot him, he got stroked by lightning and bitten by cobra. After that, he got the flashback of Ancient Shaolin.

There was a prophecy about the new form of Kung Fu, that only the chosen Kung Fury can master it. After that he smashed the ninja, so he understood, that the officer is a chosen one from the prophecy.

Then he killed the Kung Fu master by throwing him into the oil truck and took a piece of his clothes as a memento. He decided to use the new form of Kung Fu to fight criminals, renamed himself to Kung Fury and became the best cop of all time.
