"Tala" is a Filipino word which can be translated as "a bright star" and also "to write down something to be remembered". This project was something I did 2 years ago and was supposed to be an idea for an undated planner with a mix of zodiac signs and Philippine mythology characters. Due to some circumstances, I think the project did not push through but I really enjoyed working on this set of illustrations since it was something I never did before. I had lots of fun designing characters and giving them quirky personalities.
