Reposition Belconnen Community Service (BCS) to be Capital Region Community Services (CRCS) with its new values, purpose and vision, through an awareness campaign to all stakeholders and the community, communicating the story of BCS, the history of service for the past 45 years, celebrating the connections they have made, and the need for CRCS to reach across the border to provide their services to those who need it.

I started, by defining the positioning statement "Meaningful Connections" and then created an animated brand manifesto to elaborate more on the tagline and show what CRCS stands for and their core values for creating meaningful connections across the capital region.
