The topic of my graduation project titled 'Opteamum' is the question of the importance and effectiveness of working in a collaborative team and states the different perceptions about this form of sharing labour. The produced 180-page book reflects the findings with regard to the term 'team' in a scientific as well as ironic way in order to make people think about their own behavior and opinion about working in a team and engage them to rethink their own positioning towards the topic.
