In recent years, Poland is in stagnation, but there is hope that it will get out of this impasse.

First of all, there was a big question about the future of Poland, which had to be answered.
In the fall of that year, parliamentary elections were planned and there was a strong belief that changes were coming, that there was some hope behind this big 'question'.
¶
Some ideas were based on general confusion about the situation in the country.
Or hinted at a heavy burden that the people need to carry.
Or hinted at a heavy burden that the people need to carry.

& some ideas advised to take a closer look, to look inside the whole situation.

Finally, I found the best symbolic, playful and more accurate solution that you've seen at the beginning.
