Outranspo #2
Founded in 2012 in the United States, in the wake of Oulipo, Outranspo is a diverse and multilingual collective of translators, writers and researchers, spanning several continents. The group happily devotes themselves to creative and experimental approaches to translation, especially during monthly online meetings, residencies, workshops or public performances.
From diagrams imagined by Lily Robert-Foley, I designed these pictograms in Procreate to illustrate a list of Outranspian translation constraints designed by Pablo Martin Ruiz, categorized by Jonathan Baillehache and completed over time by members of the Outranspo.
