G R E Y H O U N D
The Greyhound chair project is a nostalgic look at furniture and modern art. The elegant lines and complex connections haven't been yet replaced by the straightforward technological solutions of today's world. Of course, each period has its own beauty, and the naivete and plasticity of art nouveau is especially appealing to us today. By taking the liberty of reinterpreting it's main themes, leaving out the embellishments, we tried expressing the memorable animalistic character in the laconic shape of the Greyhound chair.

Проект стула Greyhound - это ностальгический взгляд на мебель и искусство эпохи модерна. Изящные линии и сложные сопряжения еще не сменились простыми и технологичными решениями современного мира.
В каждом времени, безусловно, своя красота, сейчас нам близка легкая наивность и пластичность ар-нуво.
Мы немного переосмыслили ее мотивы. Не используя орнамент, все же постарались выразить запоминающийся анималистичный характер в лаконичной форме стула Greyhound.
Материал стула: ясень. Способ обработки дерева: ручной.
