Abstract

When Ramadan desserts creation race has started, Dolato Gelateria took it to a whole new level of awesomeness introducing ramadan flavors in the form of the mouth-watering Italian gelato, along with new range of tarts that makes you want to drool. Definitely, It was a delightful treat after a long day of fasting!

CHALLENGES 

We have faced an exciting challenge to present an Italian gelato brand together with popping the spirit of Ramadan, making it eye-catchy to capture the attention of audiences. So we have decided to use elements that emulate both messages to present the idea perfectly, from Ramadan icons such as crescent, Ramadan cannon and lanterns to using Islamic arches instead of the Colosseum’s windows as well as a some of Rome historical sites illustrations. We also provided a backdrop that allows the fruits and ingredients to pop. The visuals feature a vibrant, colorful, imagery-heavy identity that brings joy.
