The picture represents a modern urban utopia that could have been developed from the 20th century ideals. The city resembles a vast grid of blocks that are alike, It can clearly be seen that the uses are stratified, the first level is residential, the second level serve as an extense terrace where the entrance to the residential buildings are located, and social life and commerce take place, finally the third level acts as the working zone that is materialized in massive skyscrappers.
