Stables is a newborn co-working space based in Cluj-Napoca (RO), built to connect freelancers and business professionals, individuals and teams, altogether within the same cozy nest, where ideas flow, visions align, magic happens and work gets done.
Following its recent establishment, Stables fulfilled the need of a strong, comprehensive brand identity, in order to position itself well on the market.
Under the umbrella of Koncept Advertising, we've been able to continue to participate in Stables' branding process by developing a modern and practical website, easy to navigate due to its thoughtful, user-friendly structure and layout, developed with the help of our previously-made set of guidelines.
The main goal of Stables' website is to attract and inform clients, offer a sneak peek into the company's services, amenities, community and events, while also hosting a straightforward internal dashboard for administrators to manage clients' memberships and bookings with ease.
It has been built based on a premium WordPress theme and features individual pages dedicated to the Stables services, memberships and community, along with a striking photo gallery section and a general contact page.
The landing page hosts three interchanging slides, including an outdoor snapshot of the co-working space and close-up videos emphasizing construction details. The slides serve as background graphics for presenting excerpts from the company's mission, strong CTAs for users to get on board, and the unique Stables orange smart line.
The header section features the Stables logo, a menu of buttons linking to the main pages of the website, along with a visible Members Area button and a subtle search bar. An orange navigation bar also features quick contact info such as phone number, email address and social media links for Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn.
The homepage includes a list of the main features supported by icons, a short disclaimer of the Stables vision, brief descriptions for the available membership packages, a small taste of the photo gallery, a slider featuring logos of Stables partners, an interactive map, the team roster, contact details and a general contact form.
The services page incorporates Stables' features and facilities, accompanied by explanatory icons and indoor photos of the reception area, meeting rooms, conference center, kitchen and informal areas intended for relaxation.
Stables memberships section lists all co-working options available for both regular and sporadic users, along with disclaimers for prices and perks included in each package.
Aside from the three main co-working packages, Stables members and non-members can find information and request bookings for meeting rooms or the conference center.
The community page presents the Stables team and the company's values and principles, followed by an event section, where members and non-members can book space for their own occasion or see past events that occurred in the co-working space.
The members area has been outsourced and built with Nexudus, the leading white-label management software for co-working spaces, commonly used for handling and automating invoicing, payments, bookings, sales, communication and marketing processes.
Our team has also developed a simple and to the point booking form via Typeform, so as interested visitors can schedule a convenient time to be shown around Stables' amazing serviced office. The button is anchored at all times in the website's bottom right area.
The respondent can easily fill in their contact and company information, pick a preferred date and time for their visit and specify the number of persons that would attend the Stables tour.
The Stables website is fully responsive on desktop, laptop, mobile, tablet and any other devices, while it is also SEO-optimized, SSL-secured and has a fast load time, despite hosting many functionalities and content altogether.
This project was completed as an outsourcing collaboration, under the umbrella of Koncept Advertising.
