Prayer and Fasting
Food doesn’t make you grow, God does. I love how counter intuitive Godly wisdom is. Who‘d a thought that depriving yourself of food would bring so much nourishment and growth!!
Refocus: Fasting for answers is good but fasting for worship is better.
