MIX USED DEVELOPMENT
A Mix use building with two-levels, designed with the intention to use the ground level for retail. The first level with 4 units (1 Unit (3 Bedrooms) and 3 units (2 Bedrooms) with communal spaces). Finally, a Carpark developed underground the building, which is directly connected to the owners of the units and access via stairs to workers or clients of retail tenancies.
