CUBE CAFE
The café is a tea shop where the main product is traditional loose leaf tea and light
snacks that comes along well with the tea. Lunch menu is light and easy so the flow
of people in the café is constant.

Light and easy meals will appeal to the demographic of Beaufort street as the 
consist mostly of students, businessmen, and tourists. Time constraint is a huge factor
why people like to eat and go during the lunch rush hour. 

However, if they wish to stay and chat longer, tea is an International drink that is offered when people are having a tête-à-tête. Tea is also very diverse in flavor, costumers ill have a lot to choose from.
The café’s servery is a simple design that mostly consists of the counter and the tea
prep area. It is finished with Blackened Elm laminate and has a timber frame. The
front of the servery hosts drawers that stores bagged tea that the customers can
choose and purchase. There is a glass display case that display counter food and
desserts. Beside the display case are tea presses for fresh made tea.

A coffee and tea take-away window is situated on the servery for customers who
are in a rush.

The servery has drawers and cabinets to store dry goods and other café
paraphernalia. There is also a tea prep area near the bar so the customers can see
how their tea is being prepared.

Behind the servery is the coffee prep with lowered café fridges to store beverages.
There is also a wall of loose lea tea behind the servery for customers to choose from.
