The home is located on a hill, with an initial 50% incline, in a wooded area close in Attiki. Morphologically, it consists of five masses, and access to the building is placed in the southwest side of the site, via a staircase. The staircase immediately leads to the front entrance of the home and the independant entrance to the guest room. A goal of this project was to have the guest room be completely independant, with its own kitchen and bathroom. The shared spaces are placed in the first and second floor, whereas the private spaces are in the third, exaggerated by the elevation of the cealings of the bedrooms. In the kitchen/living room, there are windows in the corners as well as the ceiling, so that the sunlight separates the living room/kitchen from the corridor. Due to the incline of the site, the walls at the sides of the building, that are holding away the ground, are made up of reinforced concrete, whereas the rest of the home is made of brick. The outside of the building then recieves a layer of plaster as a finish.
