307 Meat Company reached out to me after seeing that I had done the menu boards for a local coffee shop and showed me their brand new retail space attached to a giant butchering operation. They had already had a dry-erase treatment done to the walls they wanted me to work on so we decided on using chalk marker to make the art semi-permanent but still workable.

Once the design was approved, I got to work! I really enjoyed the way this one turned out. The client and I decided to add color and made some small tweaks to the design of the butcher charts but I stayed fairly on-reference.
