ADVE2291 Design Lab 1: Project 2 Illustrator Techniques
This project was to redraw the Coca-Cola logo in Illustrator with a circle background that has a gradient fill, as well as to design two patterns to go with the finished logo. The pen tool, shape builder tool, gradient tool and others were used to complete this project.
During this project, I learned how to use the pen tool and create type on a path much more efficiently, how to combine multiple shapes into one object, and how to create patterns using Illustrator's features.

The completed logo but in red, no circle background, and white font for the trade mark text.
Pattern Designs
These were the patterns that I took inspiration from. I couldn't decide on one theme, so I chose to look at picnic, sport, and party themes.
These screen captures include my concept sketches, two other patterns I had designed, and a few process photos for the two final patterns.
