Signals in the Night is an illustrated poetry volume that serves as my Bachelor's Degree final project for the National University Of Arts.
In contrast with my other projects, Signals in the Night abstains from using strong, saturated colors in order to try to capture a different mood.
The theme of the illustrations is the citizen's relationship with the city and most of them are based on reference photos from the point of view of the regular pedestrian walking on the street. The illustrations feature a limited palette of pale colors in order to convey the city as a place that is deteriorating and devoid of energy
