This was a design challenge by CloudSEK.
I have been working on the project i.e E-Kanban and here's a board view to manage tasks.
Stacks have been used to identify the tasks where users get an overview of task progress in total and optionally with each person having the convenience to chat and comment with the assigned users for the particular tasks.

The process involved affinity mapping, story boarding, user persona, defining user stories, journey map, user task analysis, user flow, brainstorming and wireframing, and then finally the UI DESIGN.

Working on the Interaction design part of the Kanban board was quite interesting because of the board listed names and corresponding tasks so that everyone in charge of the projects can see what each person is working on and discuss the roadblocks to their work. It’s one of the Agile, collaborative efficient and effective approach.

I enjoyed working on wire-framing during the design challenge to keep the user-interface as simple as possible.

Lean process (drag and drop) feature letting the team members pull the task card they are currently working on so as to limit the work in progress and allowing the team member to get the work done and focusing on only one task card.

As always your feedback is much appreciated.
Let me know if you like it.
