Porto Alegre is my hometown. Capital of the state of Rio Grande do Sul, in the south of Brazil. Its name literally means Cheerful Port in Portuguese and its motto is Loyal and Brave. It is a city full of nature, where walking and cycling in parks is a common activity. Downtown is a historic and beautiful place, which I love to visit whenever I can.
