A few selected facebook covers I illustrated & designed according to the current brand identity for Vodnik's homestead.
The brand identity was designed by Teja Ideja.
Valentin Vodnik (1758 –1819) was a Carniolan priest, journalist and poet of Slovene descent. He was active in the late Enlightenment period and was one of the central figures of Slovene cultural life at the time.
His birth place Vodnik's homestead is now repurposed into a house for reading, writing and storytelling. There are two permanent collections on display, dedicated to the Slovene written word and Vodnik's life and work. Events are regularly held on the topic of literature for adults and children, and themed exhibitions with emphasis on illustrations are on display in its gallery space. The program is co-created by Divja misel institute together with program partners in the field of literary and musical creativity.
