We call this style of calendar "Horse Racing Calendar" in Malaysia. It is widely use in most household as it has 3 languages for the 3 largest race population in Malaysia (Malay, Chinese and Indians) with all its cultural date format alongside the universal date format. Every major public holiday, state holiday, and school holidays are clearly stated too, making it easy to understand for Malaysians.
