The "Master" Pinhais
Master is the captain of the fishing boat. An important person, who teaches a trade on his own; who directs; who works without indications from others; who masters his profession, art or activity very well; who teaches; directs; connoisseur. A person who has held all the knowledge since the capture and choice of the best ingredients to maintain the quality and tradition since 1920. He is the great guardian of knowledge.
