This project inspired by "PO-2" concrete fense that is designed by Boris Rahman in USSR 70s.
Uniquenes of this fence is in mass production. In every city, in every village at post Soviet Union territories you wil find that fence. Every people from Ukraine, Russia and Belarus see it on streets minimum one time per week. Why it's so popular? No one knows, but it still produces 1 M pieces per year.
