Family Business is a series of illustrations to accompany articles for a Thai business consultancy. The illustrations are intended to explore the different economic situations and coexistence problems that may arise when a company is run by a single family.
Family business is a common form of economic unit, linking family members with business activities. Things are getting complicated as family and business goals are contradictory to each other. For example, what to choose: compromising business value or compromising family relationship? family-first or business-first? Or a younger generation would like to do things their own way; however, their parents may oppose the ideas and throw them away, hurting their successors' feeling along the way.
