“坐标：剧场”（Coordinates: THEATER），是通过对一个物理空间、社会空间及精神空间的定位，将在地变成开放的场域。这里的剧场，是双年展的展场，也是连接当地历史人文环境、新技术媒介与多元文化并存的城市社区，是不同的想象与创造力在此时此地的构建。此次展览将对过去人与自身、自然、神话的连接进行探讨，与现代工业遗存的空间语境建立关系，对日常公共空间进行重构，同时思考、想象未来科技、生活与文化的发展，试图开启公众与城市的新关系。
“Coordinates: THEATER”, by defining physical space, social space and spiritual space, turns a local place to an open space. The theater here is not only the exhibition venue of UABB, but also an urban community connecting to local historical and cultural environment, new technological media and diverse cultures. It is a creation here and now realized by rich imagination and creativity. The exhibition will explore into the connection between people and themselves, nature and myths in the past, establish a relationship with the spatial context of modern industrial remains, reconstruct daily public spaces, and think and imagine future development of technology, life and culture, attempting to initiate a new relationship between the public and the city.
