The project consists in four brochures, each one of them providing information about the traditional farming system surrounding Valencia, known as Horta, on one side.
On the other side, each one of these brochures contains a piece of a map, and together they reveal the full map of Valencia’s Horta.
The design concept and project planning were the result of collaborative work between five illustrators: May Aramaki, Anna Brullas, David C. Hoyo, Ernesto García and Neus Seguí.
Regarding illustration work, I dealt with the sequence of events that damaged this ecosystem.

L’Horta Project was chosen to be part of the Dreamers 2.0 exposition, within the 10 Sentidos Festival, which shows the views of young artists about the world that surrounds them through works that demand a more open, tolerant and responsible society.
The exposition took place at the Las Naves social innovation center (Valencia), from September 10th to October 10th of 2020.
