This degree project seeks as an exercise the contemporary intervention in real estate with heritage characteristics in the national context, as a specific case the Quinta Tierra Grata located in the municipality of Fusagasugá, department of Cundinamarca, which belonged to former president Enrique Olaya Herrera and was designed by Vicente Nasi, architect of Italian origin of great relevance in our country. The contemporary intervention that is proposed seeks to give new meaning to this farm through activities that support the cultural, tourist and economic sector of the municipality. This resignification is aimed at the types of population that inhabit this territory. To this end, during the research, tools were identified that would allow the integration of the communities present there, such as public spaces, real estate and heritage furniture, sectors of natural interest and equipment. The search for using material heritage as a development tool made it possible to understand that in many cases there is a waste by urban planners of these assets, generating social and urban problems that change the population's perspective in a negative way about their particular legacy in each of their territories. For the approach of this project, proposals were made from an urban scale, where through a diagnosis the intervention of some sectors that own part of the material heritage of the municipality is proposed as a tool for social integration and enhancer of the tourism and economic sector. On the other hand, this methodology aims to deepen the connection that the architectural project has at the urban level

Este proyecto de grado busca como ejercicio la intervención contemporánea en bienes inmuebles con características patrimoniales en el contexto nacional, como caso especifico la Quinta Tierra Grata ubicada en el municipio de Fusagasugá departamento de Cundinamarca, quien perteneció al expresidente Enrique Olaya Herrera y fue diseñada por Vicente Nasi, arquitecto de origen italiano de gran relevancia en nuestro país.
La intervención contemporánea que se plantea busca resignificar esta quinta a través de actividades que apoyen el sector cultural, turístico y económico del municipio. Dicha resignificación está dirigida a los tipos de población que habitan este territorio, para ello, durante la investigación se identificaron herramientas que permitieran la integración de las comunidades allí presentes, como espacios de carácter público, bienes inmuebles y muebles patrimoniales, sectores de interés natural y equipamientos.
La búsqueda de utilizar el patrimonio material como herramienta de desarrollo hizo posible comprender que en muchos casos existe un
desaprovechamiento por parte de los planificadores urbanos sobre estos bienes, generando problemas sociales y urbanos que cambian la perspectiva de la población de manera negativa sobre su legado particular en cada uno de sus territorios.

Para el planteamiento de este proyecto se realizaron propuestas desde una escala urbana, donde por medio de un diagnostico se plantea la intervención de algunos sectores que poseen parte del patrimonio material del municipio como herramienta de integración social y potencializador del sector turístico y económico.

Por otra parte, esta metodología pretende profundizar en la conexión que tiene el proyecto arquitectónico a nivel urbano.
