Since I have a major interest in model making and prototyping and also wanted to make my career in the same. I did this project as a part of my Internship at Ideal Mockups Pvt. Ltd, Nagpur, Maharashtra, India. It started off as basic modeling and prototyping skills using Ivory sheets, and calculating the dimensions to the minimum millimeter possible and also handling the blade to correct angle in order to get a 90 degree straight cut. Later on, I dealt with plastics (ABS & ACRYLIC). Filing, Sanding, Buffing, Polishing were the vital parts process. The model showed the project is a concept smart key (dummy) for vehicles, having a touch screen interface and acrylic as a sandwich between 2 ABS parts giving the essence of a crystal.
