RAPID rebranding and package design



Rapid Montcarotte Medical is innovative products for prevention and treatment of oral cavity inflammations. The RAPID series with red grapefruit seed acid includes high quality and highly effective products to maintain everyday hygiene of dental patients. Use of the RAPID products as part of complex dental therapy ensures high level of oral hygiene and prevention of post-surgery complications.

The main task was to redesign logo and corporate identity of he RAPID series with red grapefruit based on the style of mother brand by preserving the red color and swiss typography. It was a competition case provided by praktilka_live project.


RAPID logo design

As the RAPID Antibacterial Series by MONTCAROTTE MEDICAL®  consists of 5 active elements based on a combination of Chlorhexidine Digluconate of stable concentrations, Inositol and high-adhesion protective molecular matrix, it was decided to input this idea into the logo graphical part by drawing a part of the toothbrush consisting of 5 bristles. Each bristle represents an individual component and all of them make up a smooth brush surface altogether.

This logo can be used as a seperate logo graphic sign and as the one with the descriptor or even with the underline representing a brush handle. 

Apart from the Rapid logo, another logo design was made specially for grapefruit series. It is a combination of Rapid logo sign and a half of the grapefruit shaped part of the logo. This logo is widely used on all the red grapefruit series products materials, including the package itself.





Package design

Package design was made for each product, it includes corporate identity graphics, such as small dots pattern, the molecules lines and names, red and white (more seldom black) minimalistic colors set.
