"The Trial of the Third" is inspired by a story that my sister created, so luckily, I already had a concept in mind for this movie poster assignment when my Photoshop professor announced it. My incredible sister did so much world-building for this fantasy / dystopian universe, and I did the best I could to weave the most important plot elements into my final design. In short, the hypothetical film focuses on the prodigal mage known as "The Third", who under the apprenticeship of her two (somewhat morally shady) mentors, discovers the existence of an ancient artifact that could restore harmony to her dystopian universe.
