Concept Note:
Multiple hands signify multi-tasking which is the underlying theme for a lot of these women going the extra mile when it comes to chasing their dreams and balancing their professional life. Besides showcasing what these women do as a part of their side hustle, I also wanted to bring in abstract elements that reference the hustle - like sweat drops for the hard work and energy, the spark (these women chasing their passion and making the extra coin), and the multiple opportunities it opens up for them signified through the windows in the background.
