The Dark Knight Trilogy (Remastered)
I originally produced this piece back in 2012 and while I was satisfied with the layout and composition of the sketch, I became increasingly unhappy with the (frankly awful) job I had done during the colour process, so in 2018 I decided to go back and try to remaster it to my current standards.
I initially thought I could just re-colour the original sketch, but upon inspection found the some of the portraits I had drawn six years prior just weren't up to scratch, so a quick redraw was necessary.

In the photo grid below is the revised pre-colour sketch with some details, along with the original (and embarrassing) sketch and colour artwork from 2012 just for the sake of comparison.
What a difference six years can make...
