Glitch Effect
I was trying this amazing effect which was very much inspired by Mishko. His work is on a different level to what I can produce but I still wanted to play about with the concept and add my own twist to make it somewhat unique. The vibrant colours and distorted look is what some would say a "vibe". Instead of just using text however, I decided to add my own illustrations and added a sprinkle of neon. The plastic wrap texture that goes over the image applies a grunge aesthetic, making the piece stand out even more.
NEON LINE ART
At this point, I began to enjoy line art/minimalistic illustrations. They are perfect for when the neon is involved. Again, I couldn't stop experimenting with the Mishko Effect in the middle piece. Typography like this looks amazing for those modern and grungey poster designs and I'm hoping to start creating posters too with this effect.
