Café Canal is a coffee roasting company recently created by three passionates. Proudly roasting in Montreal, along the Lachine Canal, the clients were inspired by the port and canal aspect of Montreal’s history. My wish was therefore to pay homage to the naval aesthetics of the 19th and 20th century.
