Working in HSBC’s Originations team, my aim was to drive value to customers quickly and in doing so, provide an experience that improved conversion rates. This required working in agile as part of a cross-functional team to deliver value fast using innovative technology. This was also conducive to the new cultural change of being customer-driven within a long-lasting legacy of an existing HSBC structure.I worked on delivering high-quality digital products and improving internal delivery capabilities to ensuring continuous deployment. This project allowed me to comprehend the intricacies of banking while working through a complex enterprise structure with multiple stakeholders and various market requirements. I also had the privilege to witness the transformation of business through our implementation.
