The boy who cried wolf
The fable concerns a shepherd boy who repeatedly tricks nearby villagers into thinking a wolf is attacking his town's flock. When a wolf actually does appear and the boy again calls for help, the villagers believe that it is another false alarm and the sheep are eaten by the wolf.
El pastor y el lobo
La fábula trata de la historia de un pastorcito, quien repetidas veces engaña a los campesinos al decirles que un lobo está atacando a su rebaño de ovejas. Cuando el lobo aparece de verdad, el pastorcito pide ayuda a los aldeanos, pero ellos creen que se trata de otra de sus bromas y no lo ayudan, y al final las ovejas son comidas por el lobo.
