“Princest Leia and Luke Sisgawker” is a series of hand cast and painted 3.75” resin figures made for my ongoing “Star Why” series of absurd Star Wars parody figures. They were made in very small numbers for multiple art galleries including NY’s Clutter gallery, and Buffalo’s Pine Apple Co.
They have been made in a number of limited editions both painted and blank.
The card design is directly inspired by the vintage Kenner Star Wars figures of the 70s and 80s, now appropriated to draw attention to the multiple kissing scenes brother and sister Luke and Leia share throughout the trilogy.
The packaging is resealable, so the figures can be removed and put back with no damage.
