“Polybius” is a limited edition run of 10 hand cast and painted 3.75” tall resin figures. The concept was inspired by the urban legend of the same name, a mysterious arcade game allegedly responsible for hallucinations and illnesses. I thought it would be funny to give it “official” merchandise.
The packaging is resealable, so the figures can come out and go back in with no damage to the card.
They were released in both painted and more limited unpainted variants.
Behind the figures are holographic grids made to enhance the mysterious arcade game aesthetic.
The figures were cast in translucent blue resin, with 8 of the 10 being painted with metallic and translucent paints.
